The Diamond Point / Civil War encampment site is privately owned

West Wildwood - The Diamond Point / Civil War encampment site is privately owned land and can be developed if the borough agrees to issue a permit. The state does not own this ground. The state owns a big portion near the old railroad bridge near Frenchmans Cove. That is how they regulate the model boat regatta and Tiki Boat fleet each summer.
