Concerned about one of our newly elected officials taking random

West Wildwood - Concerned about one of our newly elected officials taking random pictures of people for no reason and then causing a scene. He has done this multiple times. He is a public official and threatening people is not a good look for Borough... I hope this is being looked into, it is not the first time.
