West Wildwood - Can someone smarter than me please answer this question. If West Wildwood insurance company refused to pay out the settlement to the police chief because they felt the commissioners did not put up a defense against her case against the borough ,then why aren't they responsible for the payments to her? Why are the taxpayers responsible? I guess i am not smart enough to understand. We didn't do it.
They did. If you say it is because we elected them then my question is didn't we elect them to govern in our best interest? How are the legally getting away with this?
