I searched "West Wildwood" and didn't see much about flooding - I saw lots of pictures of idyllic island living. Then, I searched "West Wildwood floods" and got plenty about flooding. But I got the same with any search for "[island town name] floods". Some areas are certainly more flood-prone than others, but I suggest no one buying island property should assume they are high and dry.
