West Wildwood - Banning has not delivered on anything he promised. Brady letters, merging police .cutting cost ,better management. From What I read the police department in West Wildwood is being ruined by Bannings management and its jeopardizing the communities safety. Its pretty ironic the previous commissioner who is a building contractor was able to do a better job than a life long police officer.
