However, the gal he refers to (full-time officer) - why was she terminated recently? Also, the promotion that the mayor refers to in that article just makes a Class II officer a full-time officer by use of a state procedure called a waver. The additional training is being paid for in salary, and borough fuel for his travel to the academy for the additional subjects not covered by Class II training.
