West Wildwood - On the Atlantic County Joint Insurance Fund Report, dated April 30, it clearly states that West Wildwood mayor and officials were told not to hire Officer Ferentz back, as it would impede the city's insurance backing against a lawsuit by the fired officer. Mayor and officials, against this advice, hired and promoted the officer, thus inviting the lawsuit that will now overburden West Wildwood taxpayers for decades to come.
