The WW PD has become an internship for other Police Departments in NJ. In the last 4 years, 24 Police Officers that were hired have left the department for other opportunities. The Police certification process usually takes 6 - 9 months, so WW wasn't getting any benefit from the continuing to hire Police Officer Candidates.
