We have been riding our bikes to the beach now for 9 summers. Suddenly North Wildwood posts signs at each beach that I can’t lock my bike to the rails less they be impounded Now what? I let it get stolen which seems to be a trend now? This makes no sense. It inconveniences the people here that want to enjoy the island, many of whom pay taxes to live here in the summers. Please explain mayor Rosenello.
