For those who think we should keep the police dept, I am guessing you weren't needing assitance getting back on or off the island during this past flood. Back in the day ,if you needed to get on or off the island, they would come pick you up now using the covid excuse they no longer do it. So my mother had to wade through ice cold water to get home from work. Thats horrible. The police don't do a thing anymore back here. Those who complain about Wildwood being back here, I see them every night by the bridge. Haven't seen West Wildwood in months. They haven't been down my street in months
