The stock market rebounded this week and the average rate on the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage dropped to 6.47% from 6.73% last week, according to Freddie Mac. Trump was crowing, “I told you so” when stocks took a brief downturn. This news must make Trump so terribly sad. I’m sure he sees this as bad news for Americans.
