The spouter making fun of local personality Sam and his dog Foxy's leg is cruel. The fact that Sam spent all that money on Foxy after the car accident and didn't put him asleep speaks volume of the man. Yes Foxy lost a leg but that's no reason to say he has two left feet and make fun of him.
