The spouter back several weeks ago was right: There were trucks all over West Wildwood with trailers stealing every scrap of metal they could find at the curb, put out here by residents for bulk trash pick up. There wasn't a cop to be seen as scrappers were stealing the borough blind. I guess Mayor Fox will raise taxes again next year to pay for dumping tipping fees that can be offset with the collection of scrap metal. Where is the chief of police? Shame on the police and politicians!
