Sorry to hear about the pet duck that was hit by a car in West Wildwood. I do not know the driver or whether he was going too fast. but I am sure he feels bad. I do not drive fast. In fact i am especially careful where I know the ducks live. 2 months ago i almost hit one as i was making a turn at Glenwood and Neptune 2 blocks away from their home. I was not expecting to see the ducks sitting in the middle of the intersection. They were starting to wander further away from their home. The owners need to make more of an effect of keeping them on their property. Maybe an electric fence.
