Something is wrong when there are 9 states with a population of less than two million people and 5 states with less than one million people and they have two US Senators representing them. California has 39 million people and Texas has 30 million people yet these states also get two US Senators. It’s the tail wagging the dog . This system allows a minority party to control the majority.
