Shocking how some have insinuated that our Commissioners are raising the sewer bill for any reason other than satisfying a debt that has been growing since 2017. We are lucky to have a commissioner who is an engineer and not only understands the MUA data but also the infrastructure (I've seen him out inspecting) and the borough's fiscal responsibility. Please see recent Herald article by C. Montero. Vol.56 No.7 2/16/22 to help you understand. Previous commissioners did nothing to fix this and couldn't even tell us in a meeting, how many police vehicles we had on hand. Support/positivity!
