A Sea Isle City spouter is absolutely correct regarding the failure to dredge the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW), and how it has exasperated the back bay flooding. Without a properly-maintained ICW, and inlets, the water has nowhere to go except over people's bulkheads. It's time to dredge the ICW, and canals that branch off it, if we want a real solution.
