The refusal of local government to erect a barrier on North Wildwood Blvd to protect our semi aquatic cousins, the Testudines, or more commonly called "turtles", is clear message that the end goal is the total eradication of the local population for some nefarious reason. Could it be they consume too much of the local bait population? Fishing is big business here and the local "big minnow" industry may be behind this afterall.
