Recently, I received three mailings at my home from the borough that were identical telling me that I have to keep my grass cut and if I don't it will cost me a minimum of $100 if the borough has to cut it. Wouldn't telling me once be enough? Each mailing had to cost at least $1 with postage, envelopes, printing, paper and labor. There are at least 1,000 taxpayers. An extra two letters mailed per taxpayer costs $2,000. No wonder my taxes are so high.
