Like a previous spouter has stated, now that a full-time officer has departed the police dept., doesn't this now leave our department only staffed by Class II officers, this clearly being in violation of NJ P.L. 1985? Where is our tax money going? To my understanding, these officers are not certified, full-time officers with benefits. When is the county or state going to step in?
