West Wildwood / Philadelphia - Police do nothing to enforce parking problems here. Police park and wait for speeders and play on the computer in their police cars. There are cars blocking the sidewalks, parking in the wrong direction and blocking the intersections. Police drive by and do nothing! I watch old people and mothers with children walking into traffic in the street trying to get around illegally-parked cars. Someone is going to get seriously hurt or killed. I called City Hall and complained but nothing gets done.
