I am a seasonal resident and don't know the past administration members. I know my property taxes were reasonable then, my sewer rates were one half what they are now and water rates were cut in half. The present administration needs to take responsibility for their poor management and spending. West Wildwood, per $1,000 tax assessment is the highest in Cape May County. Property taxes for my home would be almost 50 percent cheaper if I lived in OC. Why? Is it all of the friends and family on payroll with benefits? The residents here are not stupid! We know poor management when we see it!
