To the person asking if the old mayor knew about the water on J Avenue. Yes yes, he did know how bad it gets and the new mayor too. But you still don’t see a bulkhead getting put there. It’s been on the budget plan but noooo it’s not getting done. And if the people that live on J Avenue want to complain about it, they can. You don’t have to deal with the water so don’t listen then when the people on J Avenue are complaining about it.
