Ok let’s get something right, the street sweeper didn’t get flooded, it is stored in the highest point on the island. It is broken because public works employees didn’t winterize it or store it inside so it froze and busted all the water lines and the tank.

They said the sweeper is currently down because of repair work, which will be getting done, and it is said to be up and running in time for spring 2022.
