When will someone do something about the narrow inter-coastal wa

West Wildwood / North Cape May - When will someone do something about the narrow inter-coastal waterway through West Wildwood? I saw half a dozen boats get stuck. Also, why do boats fishing have to fish in the middle of the channel? Pull off to the side of the channel so others can get through safely.
