West Wildwood

Just so West Wildwood Police know for the future, the "jaywalking statute" 39:4-32 and 39:4-33 only applies where there is a traffic control device or as directed by a police officer, with a crosswalk present. You can not stop pedestrians for "jaywalking" in West Wildwood because you have no traffic control devices. Let's just open ourselves to more lawsuits and civil rights violations. How is it that your officers do not know this?
