Jim Jordan, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, subpoenaed former New York County special assistant district attorney Mark Pomerantz to appear before the committee for a deposition concerning the indictment of Donald Trump. This is the same Jim Jordan who refused to comply with a subpoena from the bi-partisan committee investigating the January 6th riot at the Capitol. Mr. Pomerantz and all persons subpoenaed should use the same reasoning to refuse the subpoena that Jordan used.
