It seems rather obvious to me as to why the police department has a high turn-over. Our department has a low barrier to entry however, the work has to be mind numbing and boring. Why stay in West Wildwood to twiddle your thumbs all day when you can go to a different jurisdiction for better pay with more rewarding work?
