I understand the most recent West Wildwood lawsuit by a police officer is settled - at a cost of $200,000+. Yes, Mayor Fox, Police Chief Ferentz (Fox's roommate), and the borough were sued over the officer's questionable dismissal. Now the taxpayers are again hit with another big bill for our officials doing things wrong. Who will Mayor Fox and his roommate try to blame for this suit? They always seem to have someone else to point fingers at when they do wrong, why should this blunder be any different?
