I saw Philly has this Cirizens app thing to alert people about crime & shanigans. We should have it here in West Wildwood to alert us for things like those guys shooting fireworks at the RC boats or when the crazy guy on the golf cart is driving about playing loud music or when that guy saw the wolf on the old dump near The Cove.
