I read that West Wildwood is going to have taxes raised to pay for a lawsuit settlement. Isn't the Borough insured for this type of incident, and if not, why? Maybe the concerned citizen who won the lawsuit will turn it down (yeah right) and help the citizens of West Wildwood.
