i know trash collectors do not have an easy job. but why do they leave empty cans in the street.? it seems that it would be just as simple to put the cans a foot further up onto the sidewalk. i am a senior citizen and i have a hard time bringing the cans back up the curb and out of the street. it just seems like a common curtesy and should be part of the job.
