Can the Herald do a follow up story or update on the ethics charges filed by the State against West Wildwood Mayor Fox. Did he ever pay the $25k fine, or was that passed on to the borough's taxpayers?
Moderator's Note: Fox has appealed his ethics violations, currently in the state office of administrative law awaiting a hearing. A status conference was scheduled for 3/11/2020. We expect to provide an update soon.
