Building a giant outdoor pavilion in place of the Gazebo in a park that is used only for 4th of July is a waste of tax money. The Pavilion was suppose to be built as part of the Bay Ave park. The Fox Administration secured the Grants and funds to replace the bulkhead and build a safe access to the beach with kayak storage ,replace and relocate the children's play area to a new park with a pavilion. This is the plan that was approved by the county and presented to us tax payers. Why is this happening?
