The Backbay-Billies mouthpiece is now making claims that that a Department of Community Affairs report on the WW PD from several years ago, in more relevant than the NJ Association of Police Chiefs evaluation that assessed compliance to standard operating procedures & Title 40. The WW PD earned their reputation over many years of following a "Heat of Night" mentality.
