No, it's a fair rationale of Donald Trump and followers. The 'structure' is chaotically organized that can damage democracy. Trump's daily diatribes, followers accept, are clear evidence of mental concerns. Maybe a form of "mental' illness? Clearly Mr. Trump is the 'cause'. Time will cure the disease!
