West Cape May - Witnessed land scape contractors draining water from a property on into a storm drain that come to find out, it is an inefficient French Drain. Water collects in front of a year round resident's home, and it is an absolute breeding ground of mosquitoes. Given the recent development in the area, and a potential for additional developable parcels, the Borough should reconsider proper storm drain as the current solution is antiquated at best.
