Why when they clean the cove beach don't they clean on the right

West Cape May - Why when they clean the cove beach don't they clean on the right side of the jetty where the swimmer's beach is located? We always see trash on that side near the dunes where people have to walk to get on and off the beach. My husband cut his foot on a can top leaving the beach in that area. Please clean this side also!
