West Cape May - Why was State St. paved between 4th and Sixth Ave. in West Cape May, where there are only three homes? Meanwhile, on Green Street, between 4th and Fifth Ave., there are 10 homes, and the condition of that street is a disgrace. Seems like misplaced priorities.
