West Cape May - While walking on Broadway in West Cape May, I noticed a car exit the parking lot of Borough Hall without even touching its brakes. At first I was angry with the driver of the car, but as I got closer, I noticed there is not a stop sign. With all the events held there, it seems to me that a stop sign should be there. Especially for drivers unfamiliar with this area.
