West Cape May - West Cape May had my street paved this spring and the run off is worst then it ever was. Water stands still in front of my driveway and lays there for days after it rains. Pretty soon I'll be able to stock it with trout. It's been this way since June. The borough has said they would fix it and here it is almost December. I find this totally ridiculous.
