West Cape May - We have been harassed by this borough for everything we have done. We were served a ticket May 11 for a basketball net we put up on State St. 1.5 years ago, but no one cares if that new house floods us out! Shame on you, West Cape May. You have started a war that we will not end. Maybe you could fix the school nets for kids to play? Would you rather my child play basketball or do drugs?
