West Cape May - Riding thru Middle Township I saw signs with "Reelect Lockwood." Did he not lose the last election? How can he be reelected?

While the word "reelect" typically means to elect to a successive term, the literal meaning is to elect again. Lockwood was elected before; so, he is - in fact - seeking reelection.
