West Cape May - In response to a spouter who feels LCMR has too many administrators: you could cut the number if the state would scale back the regulations they keep dumping on schools. For instance, NJ doubled the number of teacher observations each school must conduct. That's not just the observation, but the related paperwork, pre and post conference, etc. One administrator told me that he'd much rather concentrate his observations on teachers he felt needed guidance rather than being forced to do multiples on ones he already knows are excellent.
