West Cape May - My float was in a line up next to an organization that’s been around for a long time. I’m appalled at the behavior of the two owners, the parents and the things that went on there. Drinking, vaping, foul language, talking poorly about people who walked by. Terrible atmosphere. They should be ashamed.
