West Cape May - My Daughter married and moved after College to Chicago with her Husband. She works at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She is an RN and he works in computer science programming. Both really smart, and payed off College tuition. My point here is that, Joe Biden (AGAIN) is trying to hand out bribery money and pay off some College debt to students.
