There are many reasons for a Spout not to appear.In Addition to the rules laid out:there may be too many making one point ,sometimes the spouter makes no attemp to capitalize or punctuate so that the point is not apparent,the spouter has submitted more than one a week or the message is too mean spirited .Keep Trying ,We value all thoughtful ,funny or civic minded entries.
