West Cape May - I am concerned on a daily basis driving down Stimpson Lane and swerving my car around the chickens, turkeys, and home-raised ducks aimlessly wandering in the streets. I think it is reasonable if you are doing some home farming to put a fence up and not have your free range animals in and out of the street all day.
