West Cape May - As the growing divide in this country deepens, I have fears that history may soon repeat itself based on the underlying issues of race and culture now exposed by Charlottesville. I predict southern states like Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina and others may attempt to secede from the Union to gloriously parade their Confederate battle flags and invoke the names of their glorious generals like Nathan Bedford Forrest (founder of the KKK), Stonewall Jackson, and of course Robert E. Lee. All I can say is thank goodness we have someone in the White House as strong as Lincoln to cut good deals.
