Why wasn't it disclosed at the Town Hall Meeting that the marijuana dispensary isn't allowed to take credit cards as legal payment for any of the product ? Consumers are to only pay cash or a debit card as a Point of Sale transaction and the dispensary gives a small amount of cash back. Seems very "seedy" (get it) and this is most likely because the Federal Government hasn't decriminalized marijuana. Here's a good idea, send $200,000,000 more to Ukraine, a true real life #smokescreen.
